1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Adam SEO website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or engage our services. Adam SEO is an SEO consultancy operating from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and these terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

2. Services Description

Adam SEO provides search engine optimization (SEO) consulting services, including but not limited to:

• SEO audits and strategy development
• Local SEO, e-commerce SEO, and technical SEO services
• Content strategy and creation
• Link building and digital PR
• AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
• SEO training and workshops
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) integrated with SEO

Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to clients.

3. No Guarantees

While we use proven methodologies and best practices, SEO results depend on many factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and website technical infrastructure. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Any projections or estimates provided are based on our professional experience and available data but should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.

4. Client Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business, website, and goals
• Grant necessary access to your website, analytics accounts, and other relevant platforms as required
• Review and provide timely feedback on deliverables and recommendations
• Implement approved recommendations in a timely manner or authorise us to do so
• Comply with search engine guidelines and avoid black-hat SEO practices
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Adam SEO website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Adam SEO or its content suppliers and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. Our proprietary methodologies, frameworks (including the 4-Stage SEO Framework), tools, and processes remain our intellectual property. Deliverables created specifically for clients become the client's property upon full payment.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, analytics data, client lists, financial information, and any other information designated as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are significantly overdue. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise specified.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide a final report of work completed and transfer any relevant access or assets back to the client within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Adam SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy website content without written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the website
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
